Yesterday, I was on line and tried to order a sub from my regualar store on Sharlands. I wanted it to be picked up by my wife on the way home from work at 5:45. The website informed me the store was closing a 4:45 and would not accept my pickup order. I called the store and was told they were open until 8 but the website said otherwise.
So, the next closest store is in Ridgeview (By Kohl’s). I entered my order online and when I went to put in my discount code, 2FTFANDEAL, it was rejected.
Also, I have no idea what my rewards are, but they have to be ‘up there’ as I order a lot of subs from you, yet my rewards info when I log in shows 0.
Not happy with Port of subs right now. Been a frequent customer since John (Larson) was helming the company at the Sparks location.

The employees at the Sutton Way , Grass Valley, CA, are friendly, efficient and I go there instead of the competitor because of these good people. Congratulations on having great workers!

Chris, a manager, at the Grand Sierra location is Awesome! I went to a concert last night and attempted to eat at multiple restaurants but the wait times would not allow me to get into the concert before it started. The line was long when I arrived but I was hungry and knew I needed to eat something to enjoy a drink at the concert. Chris was the only employee in the restaurant. I watched as he worked consistently and efficiently to assist customers with a genuine smile and pleasant demeanor. I have noticed, in these crazy times, the good employees do not get the kudos or compliments they deserve and wanted to let you know what a treasure you have in this guy. However, it gets better. Because the restaurant was so crowded, my friend and I walked down to Fat Tuesday for a place to sit and eat. (The sandwich was delicious too!) We struck up a conversation with Andrew, the employee there, and told him about the crazy line and Chris the only employee working so hard and he shared with us that Chris is a really great guy. Whenever Andrew goes over during his breaks, Chris is always in a good mood, always seems happy and one of the few employees that works 6 days a week. I told Andrew I would be sending a compliment to the corporate office and asked if I could share his thoughts and he stated “absolutely, Chris deserves it!” I hope you have some type of recognition for exceptional employees because he deserves it!

My wife went to the lemon valley store asked for extra onions, pepper and oil and vinegar. She could see they did not put no wheres enough of any of the three, so she asked for extra oil and vinegar to go . At which point employee was extremely rude and said you want it for free. The order she was placing was over 30 Dollors. This branch over the last few years has not had the best of customer service so we really don’t go there anymore, but there was a sign said under new management. We thought we would give it a try, mistake.
Once apon a time port of subs was the best subs in reno and that went for service as well I think we are pretty well done with any port of subs.

Just received my order from store #662 where the employees have no interest in changing their gloves for each customer after I stated I had an allergy to peppers. They gave me a warm sandwich that’s suppose to have melted cheese but their oven isn’t the normal oven most stores have and then he got in my face asking if I rather it be microwaved because this is all they have there. And as I left they continued to work on multiple next customers without changing their gloves. disappointed I would be treated such a way over food. but they much have more going on than that.

Saw your commercial for Pilgrim special. Waited all week to visit your Bullard-First Street location at 11:00 AM Saturday, 10-23-21. Major disappointment. Completely disgusting sandwich. The TV commercial and the product you deliver could not be further apart. You might want to send someone out from corporate to a place in San Andreas, California (Pickle Patch), that has a spectacular Turkey with cranberry sauce. (From Pickle Patch menu): Cranberry Turkey On wheat bread with cream cheese, whole cranberry sauce, turkey, cucumbers, red onion and sprouts…delicious combo! Had the potato salad too – very middle of the road.

My Husband ordered sandwiches over the weekend for 4th of July, and him and picked out the oils and condiments we wanted to go with the sandwiches . We got there to pick up the sandwiches and who ever made them put the oils and condiments in the bread , we were upset about the sandwiches, every last one of them was soggy , and we are frustrated because this franchise is making us jump threw hoops just to get our money back , we paid over 100.00 for your mistake I will be calling the Corporate office this morning.
