Where is Polly’s Pies  Corporate office Headquarters

Has Polly’s management changed mask requirements for their servers and staff?
Today , your “General manager” Kyle , at Laguna Woods location, answered my question about why not all of the servers were wearing masks. He said masks not required if employee has been vaccinated and that “ cdc guidelines regarding masks were being followed”. Is this your corporate policy?

Polly’s in Fullerton is a disaster. I asked for a salad. It came with water on the bottom couldn’t put dressing on it. Had waitress take it off. She went to manager to remove. He did so and did not come to apologize or offer something in place. He was too busy flirting with waitress. Children’s macaroni tasted as if it came from a box. At least twice there was lipstick on my coffee cup. I have been a customer since 1972. I may not come back. So sad I really liked Polly’s. Waitress -Sofia Rodriguez waited on my family and myself more than one occasion and it’s always been unpleasant. She didn’t bring napkins even though asked twice.
