Agree, horrible service. In past order, they created two accounts in my name, so almost got delivered two PODs. Took many phone calls to correct. Regretfully tried them again this week. Got the pod but not the 24 blankets I ordered and paid for. Need the blankets to pack the POD. Now on day 3 without them and 800 service number is zero help.

Refer a friend program Have been trying for weeks to find out where the advertised $100 Amazon gift card for myself and my friend I referred is. Was very happy with POD process but this has been a run around and still no resolution has been ridiculous

Horrible company .!!! We are the military family. This company has been a nightmare to work with since October 1 2022.. Nothing has gone right from the start of our move. We have to hired the guys help us move the stuff in one day to the pod container. If not we are going to miss the flights. Delivered 3 days late for the pod and left my pod container at my old apartment parking lot over 15 days. We did got charged from our previous apartment one month rent because the pods still there and more.. Calls after calls anytime, to the customer service over month never got resolved and take care us. The deputy department (Lindsey P.) case manager never reaching out to us even one time. All lies nothing got done. Promise us over and over, only got the a set from customer services someone or case manager will get back to us.. with in 24 hrs to 48hrs… one month pass by , lies after lies. Talking to customer service more than 23 agents. My kids got all the toys and furniture, beds in the pod. We have nothing for the holidays for then setup for our new apartment is empty.!! Now have to pay for our new apartment for full one month rent but still no furniture nothing there because our container still in MI. No case manager reaching out or anyone. No one in Pods company help us. I want asking the president of this PODs container company. How do you running your business like this. How do you feel If you our in our shoes abs anyone else have same problem like us. Your CUSTOMERS!! We try to calling and escalates on this case but no one can help us. Promise but no delivery. What a nightmare. What kind of company are you guys.. I called and asked to speak with a Supervisor no supervisor. “Where are you? When your customers never help the more” No managers , No supervisor, No one help us. Only the customer services answering the calls after calls.. But no one call back to us. You pay for all those commercial advertisements to get all the businesses from customers like us. But you can’t delivery your promised to then.!! My husband and I extremely disappointed.

So I ordered a pod for the backyard was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday ordered the whole package boxes tape markers etc.. called me at 5 o’clock and told me that they can’t be till delivered until October 21 because get this they don’t have any gas! That was what the lady on the phone told me. One step forward two steps back🤨

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I spoke with May to set up our move. I explained that our closing date was not set and that we may have to cancel. She stated that the payment for the pod would not come out until the date of delivery which was 10/1/22(tomorrow) and that we had until 4pm on 9/30/22(today) to cancel it. So, imagine my surprise when we woke up to find that the money had been taken from our account at 4 am today on 9/30/22. I called into to speak with a rep who’s name is Ryan. I explained the situation and that I was going to have to cancel due to our closing date and he said it would be 7-10 business days before we would receive our money back and that was only after it was escalated and approved. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and was refused to be provided with one at first.

This company has been a nightmare to work with. Nothing has gone right from the start of our move. When you call to escalate something, they send an email to someone and you never hear back. I called and asked to speak with a Supervisor and they hang up on me.
