I’m here at the store on North Lamar Blvd and I feel like this service I’m getting is an act of pure Racism!! The shift manager is very rude I drive buses I have no reason to steal or take from anyone I work hard for my money and I’m being trying to take something from someone she was rude disrespectful and arrogant if that’s the way you treat your customers this place will not be in business long

I had 2 money orders stolen back on December, talk to so many different people from pls, file police reports and keep getting the run around, I was evited over this, I am retired so I live on a monthly check I need my money can u please help me.

Money order stopped payment. Instead of sending me a check you refunded my $2000 to the store. The district manager who refuses to speak to me, said she put in an invoice for money order department to send a check to my address. This is unacceptable!! I have been waiting since 10/16 and it could take 30-45 business days. However, this was my October rent and my landlord is getting very impatient. This check needs to be expedited to me now since this has been a complete shit show dealing with this company. Edradro tried telling me the money or was cashed the same day it was purchased. WRONG! It was in my possession until 10/14 and stopped payment on it 10/15. Instead of refunding me to my address you refunded the store. Now the store tells me they sent request to mail me a check. I am not waiting another 30 days to receive the check when it’s your screw up. I want someone higher than Celina Mota to call me today!! 214-885-2456. Money order number 1313760077. I am on the verge of being evicted because your company cannot get it together. I expect a call today and this issue resolved today!

I bought a money order on 7/28/23 at the PLS check cashier on 5947 W. Roosevelt payable to America general life. In the amount of of$96.65. A stop paying Amazon 828, of 23 in the amount of $15 because payment was never received. I am requesting a refund for the amount of the money order and the stop payment.

I went to get a check verified and the employee told me it was fake without running it and she wouldn’t give it back to me, she kept it and gave me a copy of the check.

Been trying to get my grandmother’s title for her car back that she had a loan from pls store in Manitowoc WI that she paid off and they never released her title! And she passed away 2 years ago so it makes it even harder because she couldn’t find a way to get it cause the store vanished one day up and left no longer exists her in our town and no one calls back or answers me I leave multiple messages daily for years wtf I’m about to go to the damn corporate office and March in there my damn self

To all having issues with lost/stolen Money Orders!!

I came to find out that at certain PLS stores when purchasing a money order under the value of $1,000 they don’t ask you for a phone number. This is very important because when they ask for a phone number per transaction it means that you are creating a portfolio with them, so if a money order is lost or stolen having this portfolio is a second method to assist in trying to claim the money. Some managers have tried to change this rule by implementing in having phone numbers linked to every money order to avoid issues of customers having to literally beg for any information and trying to track their money from PLS for Months!! Without a picture or the tear off from the money order they literally tell you “too bad” you can’t get the money. They will advise you to pay the $15 to stop the money order but you wouldn’t be able to claim it, the money will stay with the PLS Bank that they partner with which eventually after a certain time of being unclaimed it gets turned over to your residing state. We need change with PLS, we all work hard for our money and accidents happen that money orders either get thrown out by accident, lost or stolen. For myself I have a $940 lost money order that I was able to put a stop to it, the office branch where I purchase it has verified it was me but the corporate system is very flawed.

Make sure to take pictures once you purchase a money order, I’m still in the process of calling and calling and calling to see some light to get my money back.

Cannot find a way to speak to a president or Vice President about their employee lily Conchola.. If I could get a number or be told where to go to get a number I would be grateful.

This employee came to my job and was in violation of FDCPA Laws. I will continue to call every number possible untill I find the right person to talk to.

I’m deeply concern when PLS is asking me for my mother maiden name…that is a big no no..most folks draw sis a setup stealmonthly checks ..FOLKS do not give any personal information about mom dad just anyone ..also u don’t need Identification to get a moneyorder..call the federal trade commission n social security..we have undercover theft bandits…please get u money order at the United States post offce u be better off.

I have purchased a check which I lost on August 30, 2022. I went back same day to put stop payment & I am still trying to get my money back from you. Your workers have been very very rude & not helpful at all after giving them my correct address. It’s going on 3 months since I’ve been dealing with this. Please send me my money.

Went to return a money order for refund in Indianapolis. CS rep tried to imply check was fraudulent. Not true bought MO from PLS store. CS rep kept check / MO. I told CS Manager I bought that MO from her store. I said that’s not right. I will never return. I have bought many many MO from PLS…….NEVER AGAIN. Plus you new policy requiring an ID to buy MO or check. Never have done that with u guys in the past and I will not start now. I am writing about the unprofessionalism of the staff at 2100 Singleton Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75212. This is my first form of communication to Corporate regarding an incident at this location and expect this to be handled accordingly. A staff member was extremely disrespectful to my husband and even called him out of his name. A manager was present an let the staff member in training proceed with being disrespectful to a customer. What was done and said by this employee of PLS is not acceptable!

Casher racial discriminated against me. I ask him to cash my check he just looked at me and said that he could not do it .
