Where is Plato’s Closet Corporate office Headquarters

So I’ve been going to the new location at Eagles shopping plaza on Park Street and 54th Ave.. on this day. Specifically, I bought three pairs of tennis shoes, and then I went back later this evening to buy another pair right before Clothes.. earlier in the day as I was buying the shoes, all of the security clamps came off they just fell off. It seems like it’s a normal thing. I went ahead and bought all three pairs of shoes anyway and I needed them so I came back later. I was going grocery shopping in the store was right there so I went in just to see if they had a pair I could slip on and see if they were comfortable and and I put them on and they told me they were size 12 and I went ahead and bought them and then I paid for them but the receipt and the change was still on the counter. I had not yet made took the receipt and made the transaction . . Yes, it was just fine yet. I had not yet made the transaction and I have nothing against the girl you know but the only that would describe her she’s about she’s about six probably 66 with green hair and she’s a white girl, and from the time I walked in, she was unpleasant, and she was not even running a register, but when I went up to purchase, she went ahead and jumped up on a register real fast, looking back, could only give me a hard time. I do so much of my shopping at Plato’s and you know I would hate to. It’s it’s a shame that one bad Apple can ruin a whole bunch. You know I’ve done shopping on Ulmerton. I’ve done shopping on there. There’s two on Ulmerton then I’ve done the old one which was it Tyrone and Park Street, and now this one and I do quite a bit of shopping there..
I didn’t want any bad problems so I just went ahead and paid for and took my receipt and I’m just left. You know it was a good customer but I knew when I left that would follow up with you guys because she handled this situation very immaturely she she would did wasn’t smile and she was giving me a nasty attitude the whole time and this is the first actually real problem that I’ve ever had with an employee Plato. You know the shoes don’t fit in there in bad shape, the bottoms are falling out everything‘s wrong with them but I did she would’ve gave me a problem and she probably would’ve called the cops because that’s just a nasty type of person she is so I went ahead and took them and left at this point could you please give me a call maybe we can resolve the situation I could do a trade-in you know is a loyal customers I am I mean as minimum $2000 a month I Plato every single month , perhaps you would be willing to to give me a small gift card or something to make up for this because at this point I don’t see myself ever returning to Plato’s after after this i’m talking to keep quiet altercation.

I believe the sign for buying clothes should be larger. Also when there is a 2 wait for offer, there should be some leeway about, if not picked up things will be donated.

These people are always having problems with their system being down and they’re not able to buy clothes. I don’t understand because they still are able to sell clothes. Their system is down sometime three four times out the week. I think that is strange maybe someone need to find out what is going on there and that establishment. I am not the only one that is thinking this way. Gas is too expensive to go out there and have to go back home and being told their system is not up and running today.
