I made an order on the 19th of September for my daughters birthday. I have the receipt. I didn’t get what I paid for. They had me pay for it before I was even able to see the pizzas. I ordered to XL pizzas. I made a complaint. I sent in an email but, never heard back. I’m upset after paying $38.68 for 2 pizzas & them being wrong. My daughter is Autistic & she was upset on her birthday. Do you think that’s right. I either want a refund or the food remade either one is fine with me. But, I would appreciate something being done about it. I have been a customer of Pizza Patron for years & this is a first.
I order 1 XL Ham with extra cheese. With original crust. It didn’t have original crust or extra cheese. I also ordered XL Spanich Classio with mushrooms & extra mushrooms. It didn’t hardly have any mushrooms on it at all. After I paid double for it. Also asked for original crust on it too. It didn’t have original crust either.Been coming to Pizza Patron for over 15 years.
