Made a hole in one with my Ping i200 8 iron 11/6/2022 at the 500 Club in Phoenix Arizona 11/6/2022
Hi,
I was fitted (in Sioux Falls, SD at Minnehaha Country Club) for a set of G425 Irons (4-PW) on June 2, 2021 (4 months) and still haven’t received my new irons. I am going to be in the Phoenix area from October 9th thru October 16th and wondered if maybe I could get fitted at your facility for the same irons and actually get them to take home with me. I keep getting told from my fitter (Omaha, NE) that Ping doesn’t have the shafts or grips available to get me my clubs. I am extremely disappointed with my Ping experience thus far in that it has taken so long to get the clubs I ordered and I still do not have them. I wondered if the headquarters store (in Phoenix) might have the requisite supplies to fit me and build my clubs in a more expedient manner. I know many other people in the Sioux Falls area have ordered clubs from different companies and have received them within a month or two at the most. I am tempted to cancel my order and go with another company for my new irons. Please let me know if you can help me out with this situation while I am in the Phoenix Metro area.

On 9/7/20 I made a $1,098.42 purchase of your Ping Iron,s.paid in full. Then I was told I would be waiting 6 to 8 weeks for shipment… NOT HAPPY.!
