I contacted one of your stores in Orlando ( Curry Ford Rd ) at the time I was getting ready to have my pool resurfaced and I explained that I would like to have new equipment installed before the company started the remodel. I pumped the water out with the old equipment and Jose and Chris came out to install the new equipment on Monday 6/19/23.
After the pool was completed about 4 weeks later I started up the equipment and it began to leak in two places ( I have pictures ). One around the Jandy filter where a concrete pallet was installed by Jose and Chris.There are four holes for screws ( only to screws were placed in the concrete and they are short with screws that are now completely out. The other area leaking is around the pumping where it was not sealed correctly. The timer plumbing is being held up by a small piece of PVC piping. It’s very loose. I called the store and they told me it was past the 30 days, I explained the pool resurfacing and they told me they could send someone at with a $150.00 charge to look at it.
This week I posted this store on Yelp,Facebook, and Google reviews. I am meeting with someone from B.B.B. tomorrow pictures to tell them the story. I have contacted TV 35,9, and ‘s action reports to let them know about my experience. I was hoping by contacting the owners David Dinocola,Randy, and Karen Busch but I have received answers from them. I am hoping you can help with this issue. My number is 3212764940.
