Not pleased; I emailed you guys on Sunday, but no response I’m starting to think the manage at the Colorado Springs theater is somehow to blame since I was putting her and her business practices on blast. On Sunday I walked out without a refund or I should was refused to be given a refund by the general manager of the Colorado Springs theater when the restroom was no longer working (men and women) there were probably 1,000 people in all of the theaters combined with no restroom available to them. I was told by the manager I had to go to Plato’s Closet and use their restroom. After a 20 minute wait I finally returned to which she told me I would not get a refund. I used the word f***ing when I referred to my money (probably the wrong words) but then she told me in my same language f***ing money…no not going to happen that’s when I was already mad took it out on her. I cussed her and promised her I WOULD NOT EVER BE BACK in there while she was employed. She told me as I was leaving that she would have me arrested. Disappointed because I never heard back from this company 🙁
