So i am a customer, i walked inside the store, i request a code to use the restroom, Manager Serenity stated was for customers only, she then stated if i want to purchase something or a bottle of water she could allow me to use the restroom, i thought to myself this is very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional, & because i never have any issues anywhere else, especially at starbucks. I am writing because i feel like this manager does not have welcoming skills, i just decided to leave, my intention is to give you more information how Santa Monica manager Serenity handles this type of matter. I could have made a nice purchase, instead thinking to give my business or take my business elsewhere. I feel not valued as a customer while having to use the restroom so that i can relax. Thank You very much.
