WORST company EVER to hold a homeowner’s mortgage. Being sold to them cannot be stopped. Just do not ever accept a mortgage with them willing.

Phh mortgage lost paperwork and death certificates, etc.that I sent them over a year ago to be able to continue to pay on my deceased parents house. Today I got a bill saying the account want in default for July while I’m looking at the receipt for the money paid. The customer service and escalation head were no help at all. What is going on at Phh Mortgage.
