I have been a customer of your brand for 15 years, despite the poor after sales service offered by your local agents Car Mart. I purchased a brand new 508 in 2015 from your agents. I have complained and done multiple service at your agent and informed them about oil burning and the need to top up every month after the service,. they informed me its normal as the ESP 5W-30 Mobil oil was used and had this feature according to your agent. Now I was informed that the 508 engine has an oil fault and the engine must be replaced costing USD 8000. I was also told the Your company had a 7 year guarantee which they never informed me about. Now they say I don’t have the guarantee safety and that I must pay this cost.
This is highly unacceptable for a global brand that should have had the decency to inform me your customer about this factory defect in time so that I could have done the repair. No one informed me about the offer.
This highly unethical and unacceptable situation must be addressed given that you have a duty of responsibility to your clients and should be swiftly attended to so that loyal customers such as me have good will towards your brand and company. This has surely placed me to distrust your brand and the management ethics in dealing with customers
Further there is not a single phone line that is working, so it only shows how poor your customer care is and how poorly you treat customers.
You kind attention is urgently required as this would do the brand significant damage if published on news papers and social media. As this is not acceptable treatment and must be brought to the global community attention
