I can’t believe how unprofessional Perfect Teth support is with billing. Everyone does what they want and the system that executes the billing is in charge.
In July 2023 I went to Castle Rock to have a broken crown replaced. The Crown arrived at the end of August and the color did not match the other teeth, so a replacement was requested. After that, two months passed and it did not arrive, so I went to the office to request a status but the whereabouts of Corona were not known, so I asked the Dr. to take another sample so that the crown was a little deeper and the gap between the gum and the crown was not visible, and they kindly made me another sample and ordered the crown for the third time. Today, December 11 2023, I still do not have the permanent crown installed and I continue with a temporary one, which has already fallen silent once.
In addition to the above, Perfect Teth have sent me 4 payment notifications, and each time each notification arrived, I called to ask them to give me the corona status and as well ask why they sent me that notification when I have never stopped paying the bill, and the response was always the same, once you have the crown installed and you are comfortable, you go out and pay. On Saturday, December 9, I received another notification, but now from a Collector, who if I didn’t pay before January 7, they would put me in collections. I have tried to talk to someone in Billing and it is almost impossible, no one knows who to talk to or where to transfer. This is exhausting with such poor and pauper support.

Even though you have been treated for more than 4 months and you have a temporary crown and are waiting for the permanent one, according to Cristina the girl at the Front Desk, I have to pay for it, because if not they won’t install it, since a lot of time has passed. Who is right ?

I can’t believe how unprofessional the office manager Roger is at the Peoria AZ office. I had a dentist appointment on 10/16/23 and was told I needed extra work and that I would be called the next day with a final figure. Four phone calls to their office and two weeks later, I still had not heard back from anyone. I finally decided to personally go there yesterday as I was frustrated. I told Roger I no longer wanted to get services with them and advised I was expecting not to be billed for mouth trays that I never received. He advised me that he would call me end of day as he was going to cancel the trays with the manufacturer. I expressed to him that I had no confidence that he would call me and he assured me he would. Sure thing, I received no call. I will be filing a complaint.

The Perfect Teeth at the Tucson, Arizona Wilmot are a huge disappoitment. Apperantly they do not know how to bill, the office manager said she was going to resend my bill to my insuracen because everything is covered, she said she has submitted the bill several times – and SHE IS A LIAR. If she lied about this what else is she and otehrs lying about. She NEVER submitted my claim. She said this in October, 2023. The last time my insurance got any billing from Perfect Teeth was in July 15, 2023. I will be talking to my insruance about this and want others potential patiens to know that this corporation is no good. For years I have had to pay out of pocket when they tell me my insurance cover everything.

Had to finally (after 9 months) file a complaint with the CO Attorney General Office. Can reach no one to resolve a $30 billing error on their part. I will NOT pay them money I do NOT owe, no matter how many bills I receive.

This place is horrible at best they never answer their phone and if by chance after days of calling they do answer their rude inconsiderate and not very knowledgeable they lie about canceling appointments even though you have an appointment you have an appointment and confirm it when you show up the office is closed nobody called to inform me or cancel my appointment I live out of town so it takes me a while to get there and a lot of gas this place is horrible if their dentist work like they do their business practice I feel sorry for anybody that goes there this is a horrible place save yourself some grief and go someplace else
