Someone please tell me why the inside pane on my triple pane window with low-e coating gets up to 94-96 degrees when the sun is betting on it?

I am a Commercial Contractor that has a 1,500 replacement window project. Pella is very difficult to get in contract with. Our sales rep at Pella Mid Atlantic does not know if Pella makes a replacement window. Really? Too hard to contact your Corporate Office. Is Pella awake?

I have casement windows on my sun porch that have mini blinds between the panes and have roll down screens. The windows are about 6 feet in height and 2 feet in width. They do not open and close because they drag on the bottom of the sill. In order to close them, someone has to go outside and push them shut while someone inside operates the crank. Now, they cannot even be opened and closed that way. They need replacement parts for the closing mechanism and parts at the heel of the window where it cranks in and out and holds the window up so it will not drag. I called the local Pella distributor and they said they did not know if they could get parts to fix the windows and it would cost $200 for a technician to come out just to tell me if they could be fixed or not. Purportedly, Pella has discontinued parts to service their products. I put ALL Pella windows in my WHOLE house when I renovated it about 30 years ago. I selected Pella because I thought they were reputable and would stand behind their products. This is not the first problem I have had with Pella windows. In ALL the double hung windows in my WHOLE house (over 30 windows) the locking mechanisms popped apart when they were locked. I had to replace all of them. Replacing my casement windows is not an option. They need to be fixed. Please tell me “who and how” I can get to fix these casement windows so they will open and close. The closest Pella distributor to my house is in Wilmington, DE.

We purchased the vinyl double hung retractable roll screen windows. I want to know why in the world nobody can tell us how to disengage the magnet for the upper window so that we can clean the window! The installers did not know because they weren’t trained due to covid. The sales team we reached out to did not know how (we even went to the showroom and there wasn’t a sample of our window there for demonstration purposes). There is no instruction or video demonstrating how to do this. We can disengage the screen to pull in the lower window but no clue how to disengage the upper.
