Ordered glasses on feb. 9th. They told me 1 week. Here it is Feb. 23rd no glasses. When I called and ask about them they said since I used my own frames they had to be sent to a different lab. Really??? when I do get them I won’t be going back again. Very disappointed.

I bought glasses from pearl vision bought extended warranty now they want honor it .lenses fell out of frame they only want to fix the lenses there has to be something wrong with frame for lens to fall out
