Will not ever buy from Palm Harbor again we bought a home back in October and it’s been a nightmare since the day we walked in that place we have been trying numerous emails phone calls to Ryan green HM Boswell, who is the regional Director supposedly he has not done nothing. I made a report with the state because they never would want to come out. They did nothing. All kinds of things are happening with this house trimmers falling off if you drop something on the floor and makes a whole all trams everything in this house is just awful. It looks like I bought a used home. Honestly, no help from these people. I need some help please respond. I am going further and further up the ladder until I speak to Mr. Keener, who is supposedly the CEO of this Rate any more waiting as I am almost getting ready to go to news media. Hopefully this message will get some attention of somebody in this company. Very bad customer service. I will let everyone know that I know not to ever go to Palm Harbor or step until Palm Harbor company because you will be going through a nightmare.

I Purchased a home last year and started having problems right away with moisture coming In through the floor where it was never sealed correctly. My guest bathroom is covered in black mold and my floors have warped all over the place. It looks like I have hills in my living room from how badly they are damaged. I have been calling and emailing RYAN GREEN for a year now and still no help except excuses from that guy. He no longer responds to any of my emails. So I would not recommend anyone buy from Palm Harbor cause they are trash.

I have been trying for 2 years to get my roof repaired. I bought a brand new home, paid cash, so I guess they don’t think they need to fix it. Told me that it is “typical” to have damaged roof tiles upon delivery from transit. They have sent out repair handyman but tiles are still blowing off the roof.

I have been waiting for over a year for some unrepaired items to be taken care of. I have sent numerous emails, texts and have called so many times, and I have yet to hear from anyone. If I would of known their customer service was like this, I would of taken my hard earned money elsewhere. This is very frustrating and ridiculous. I need for someone to give me a date of when I can expect for my repairs to be completed.

Beautiful home but customer service is trash. My family and I have been very patient waiting months for our home to be delivered and completed. Well the home is here. Outside trim out is complete, all utilities are on, a/c is working fine but now our problem is getting our inside work complete so our home can be released. A crew showed up and started the work..gave us a timeliness on completing the job and hasn’t been back. Palm Harbor Cleveland told us another technician will be here last Friday to finish the work but he never showed up as well. We’ve already paid our first mortgage on an incomplete home that can’t be released to us. This is very upsetting
