Best buy fully owns pacific sales corporate originally opened in Torrance California. The company offers mid-range to high-range assortments and appliances of home improvement and home electronics products. Best buy bought pacific sales in 2006 to keep the brand and company intact. Pacific sales have 35 stores in Nevada, Arizona, and California and had opened others within the best buy stores in Hawaii, California, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia. The company started in 1960, 60 years ago BY Gerald H. Turpanijan with headquarters in Richfield, Minnesota US. Pacific sales have over 200 outlets as of 2019 September offering services like haul away, delivery, financing, income consultation, and technology support.

    The indifference and apathy from the PS sales assistant was beyond comprehension 4 months waiting on my order knowing I had to have them for my contractor only to be told with an incredulous straight face they wouldn’t be in in time. Oh wait!!! A different sink can be rush ordered but will very likely be broken. I ended up getting all my stuff from Costco 2 days before due date of renovation. How is that for stress.

    This COMPLAINT,,is for the manager of Pacific Sales Corporation. I bought a $3500 refrigerator in July 2021 from Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks, during Covid. I will be contacting Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks tomorrow but today is my 5th day w/o a refrigerator. It stopped working and warming not cooling. Nine months ago I thought my refrigerator would last at least 10 yrs. We called on the warranty and they cannot get here, (from Bakersfield) I live in Ventura,,if that even occurs until 8-2-22.That will be over 2 weeks w/o a Refrigerator. I lost a lot of food as well, since then.
    I would love to think that’s the end of my issue. Its embarrassing that this company does not have repair locally. At least in the Ventura County!!
    However, Im sure I have a lemon refrigerator from Pacific Sales. I am requesting a replacement my money returned, because all my trust and love of this appliance is over.

    Speaking: Mey C trying to find out where and why after a year with the viking stove has been paid in full over a year and they repeatedly sale it for more money for more commissions. Its not rocket science whats happening here …….mean time if they wait you out they will return your money and you can order it again at higher price…..great business practices

    I was “working” with Michelle Buckmiller in the Rancho Mirage location. After the first visit, with an appointment, she promised to send me a quote with my selections and 1 or 2 alternatives. I did not receive it, nor did I get a call back to a message I left. With the help of a customer service person I made another app’t and again did not receive the quote. After sending her an e-mail I got a quote a day later than promised. Once I reviewed it I left a message wanting to go over it, I was promised a call at 5:00 pm and 3 hours later I’m still waiting. I will be placing my order with the competitor and calling corporate Monday morning!! The supply chain is an issue and she stressed the need to place the order so as to meet my in-hands date. Lots of lip service but that was where it ends.
