    Ursala the manager is Rude and need to help!!!!!! I will never do business with them and purchase food for my team at this location as long as she is here.

    I placed order thru door dash and some of my steaks were order well done and when i received the order my order at the company the steaks were burnt. I called to store location and talked to Ursala the manager she didn’t even apologize for the mistake of your company but she said to me i have to handle it through Doordash. Inform her that I’m not looking for money or anything back I’m just wanting a steak well done but not burnt and she got an attitude. Ursala is very rude and never listened to the customer and my entire team heard her talking like that to a customer who just spent a lot of money with your company. Ursala needs to work on her communication skills with customers. I have never had this problem with your company, but most companies would apologies and ask how to make it better but no she didn’t she just told me it was nothing she can do to help me. Not even to offer to replace the steak at all. Her reply was Outback don’t get any of the money when orders where placed through door dash. Ursala needs to understand that door dash is a delivery company they don’t cook the food for customers. She will be reported higher and higher and i will never forget this experience with her. I am going to reach out again if nothing is done. Ursala needs to work on her people skills and a manager. I spent almost 140.00 on meals and to be treated like this. I eat at this location at least 4 to 5 times a month because of the company i work for is down the street, we all eat there and to be treated this way i will advise them of this situation. General Motors do not need to spend money with this company and be treated like we are nothing.
