Orangetheory Fitness History and Headquarters Information

Everybody wants to retain that fit figure that will make them stand out in the midst of the crowded pack. It will not be possible to retain that six-pack figure without a regular exercise regime. For many, the tight schedule of work will not allow them to hit the gym. You can make do with the technology provided by the likes of Orangetheory Fitness.

When you connect with a credible fitness club, the most difficult part is showing up at the venue. When you are in perfect care with the best fitness devices, burning the excess ponds of flesh will come easy. You will not be stressed beyond your limit.

Orangetheory Fitness is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout. It produces results from the inside out. The fitness club was founded by David Long, Jerome Kern, and Ellen Latham in 2010. They have 1,000 employees.

The corporate headquarters is at Florida 33487, United States

    Hi,

I’m wondering if someone would be able to help me with resetting my max HR on the OTF App. I am almost 61 years old and my current max HR is set at 183 which is way too high for my fitness level. It was previously set at 170, which was a good challenging max HR. Now I can barely get any splat ponts and feel like I’m at an all out pace at 154 which is the HR I have to have now to get any. I reached out to IT about this and was told I have to stay at this HR for at least a minute to get splat pints, but I can’t breathe at this HR.

I am wondering why a company as large and successful as yours would not have current “contact us” link available for potential new clients. When read through all the pre-asked and answered questions about your company and went to ask a live question, it did not work. My gym just closed and I was considering your gym, but I was frustrated with the inability to ask a question, and the fact that this part of your website is not kept in working order. What is the deal? Thank you.

I recently received an email regarding an increase in my monthly membership fee yet other members I spoke with did not receive the email. What is the criteria used for my increase while others are not? I’ve been a member since 2016! Please respond to my email asap. Thank you.

    Why is there no e-mail?

    • Connie O’Donnell says:

      Orange Theory corporate office,
I’m a long time member of Orange Theory studio in Hazel Dell, Vancouver, Washington. (unlimited membership ) since the universal recalibration of all heart monitors it has come to my attention that my particular heart monitor has a technology glitch. As a result, during the OT workouts the heart monitor is not functioning correctly. I have reached out to our manager,Erin and as well the regional director, Jordan Thomas in our area multiple times without sufficient assistance. They advise me they are reaching out as well to resolve this issue. I have also sent multiple emails on the OT app to the tech desk and have received a message they will get in touch with me momentarily but I have received no response. I’m feeling ignored, disregarded and disrespected. I find this extremely unacceptable and very, very poor customer service. I’m reaching out to corporate headquarters to have this situation resolved as quickly as possible. The manager at the Hazel Dell Orange Theory studio advised me to “freeze” my membership account while this problem can be addressed instead of terminating my membership altogether. ( Which I have done currently )

With further thought regarding my Orange Theory monitor, here is what I would like to see happened now rather than later. If this request is beyond your span of control, please let me know who best to direct my concerns:
      1. I want my monitor to accurately track my heart rate now.
I find it disheartening to push my body through all stages of heart rates with a monitor that remains in the gray. It is distracting to not only me but others nearby. Undesirable conversations regarding my monitor persist with each work out. I have even been asked if I am on blood pressure medicine as I am clearly performing in the orange/ red zone and the monitor displays gray with a slight jump to blue /green then back.
It has not been until this issue that I realize what I value about my Orangetheory membership. I appreciate the excellent coaching, the variable exercise programs and wonderful space to work out. A key element most meaningful to me is the heart monitor— Orange Theory‘s competitive advantage over all other exercise communities. With this key element not performing accurately, I feel like I am paying a premium fee for something that is broken. Like renting an automobile that does not go over 20 miles an hour on the freeway.
      2. I want to be reimbursed for the classes my workouts have not been recorded accurately as well as future classes until this issue is rectified.
It is unjust to ask a member to spend premium membership dollars for 20 classes with hopes the monitor technology may make this “wrong” right. Sadly, this has become a demotivator for me. It has distracted my focus that’s leaving me displeased after workouts. Lastly, I feel the need to be more clear and direct about my concern. Please understand how uncomfortable this is for me to send this email. I truly believe there is a solution, I need you or a member of leadership to help me find it. Please help me make this “wrong, right” Connie O’Donnell
