Who is the corporate genius that came up with the idea that your electric tooth brush needs a timer to shut off after 2 min? I have been using an Oral b for 20 years. It recently wouldn’t stay on. The on/off button seemed to fail. So I ordered a new Oral b from Walmart to the tune of about $35. It arrived within a couple of days and I couldn’t wait to try it. SURPRISE! you guys built in the problem that I got a new one for. After a few uses it won’t even stay on more than 20 seconds. This is the DUMBEST idea in corporate history. (your engineers would put square wheels on cars to stop high speed accidents). You took a perfectly good (very good) product and turned it into a useless POS. I have read other reviews with the same complaint. At least you could offer a version that does not include the “timer”. But NO, you expect some one to spend over $100 to get one that’s programable. ARE YOU SERIOUS? IT’S A TOOTH BRUSH! I found a good low priced version of your original design that works just fine. If enough people realize there is a good alternative, you won’t have to worry about fixing this stupid idea. I will be mailing you the over priced useless product you call a “tooth brush”. Keep it, I don’t want a replacement.

Someone representing your company has reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in putting an Oral-B sign on my vehicle as a form of advertisement… I would be paid $500 per week for this. I am reaching out to you to see if this is legitimate or if it’s a scam.

I don’t know if you guys know this or not but there is a huge scam going around right now using your name and I would think that your logo is copyright and protected I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you guys wanted to take legal action against them

I’m writing to you to let you know how totally displeased I am with your Oral B Super Floss product made in Ireland. This is not the same product I had purchased in Dec. of 2021.
The re-designed plastic tip is not sturdy enough to go beneath the bridge as easily as the original product;
the material used for the actual floss frays and tears when used between teeth that are tightly aligned;
the packaging is poorly designed and ergonomically inferior to the original packaging making it harder to pull out one strand at a time;
doesn’t live up to the outstanding brand reputation that Oral B has established with their other dental products—especially toothbrushes!
As a former president and managing partner of a major global PR/marketing agency, I thought it was important that I inform you of my dissatisfaction in hopes that you’ll look into my complaints since I can’t believe I’m the only consumer who’s experienced similar issues with what used to be a unique and helpful super dental floss. Hope my comments are taken as constructive criticism and lead to positive changes in product and packaging design.

I have purchased my Oral B Super floss twice this month, it is not the same quality. Gave you changed the material. How do I get another box that works. The string does not go through my bridges.
