I have called the numbers for OnTrac, but one is busy, on is for texting only, and one is a voicemail instructing callers to go to website to track packages.
I am contacting you because my package was not delivered. Walmart, the retailer instructed me to contact OnTrac, as did my local police station. There was paperwork sent to Walmart, claiming my package was delivered at 10:23PM on 11/28/2023. There is a scribble, which looks like initials, for a signature. However, the package was supposed to be left at the door. I was home at the time the package is said to have been delivered, as was my daughter. We live on a small, private road, and no one came on it at that time. There are four houses on the road, and none signed for the package.
The “signature” was forged, or the driver delivered to a different address. I have been trying to get this matter resolved for over a month. Today I tried texting OnTrac and the reply was that since the delivery happened awhile ago, OnTrac was unable to do anything.
I find it hard to believe that OnTrac does nothing to help customers who never received deliveries. The matter was brought to the attention of OnTrac several weeks ago. It is not a new inquiry. I was told by my local police department, when I filed a report, to contact OnTrac and file a dispute. I have been unable to locate information about how to do this. I have also been unable to locate a phone number that connects me to a person. The case # is:11261860
As it was an OnTrac driver who forged my signature, or delivered to the wrong address, I expect OnTrac to refund me the purchase price of $191.53, and admit fault.

Yes, I am writing this email in my last resort to contact someone from your company on Ontrac. We had a problem with one of your delivery damaging our property at our home. I Motorize Fence this person did not look like a delivery person from on track but they were they left a package on our front door as we were trying to figure out how they got in on the property so if the property is fenced in most delivery people just put it over the fence this person came out of a minivan that was unmarked with none of your company logos they forced or Motorize fence open and damaged it. We have an invoice from the company stating a such. We also have a police report from Columbus Ohio since they considered that vandalism, we have been trying to contact people from your company but a lot of games have been played, we have not been able to speak to anyone your 5000 number does not work and several other numbers that you have listed on your various websites do not work we have contacted our attorney because we mean business we are out of pocket in getting this fence fixed when it was not necessary all they had to do was throw the package over the fence, not damage and pry the gate open and damage the sensors and other parts of the fence We plan to do legal action if we are not contacted ASAP we do have an attorney involved as stated by the police department. They are also aware of this damage to our fence and are very upset about it. They said they would not send any more on track deliveries if they could help it The last delivery from them came from USPS which we have never had a problem with them or FedEx or USP we sent all this information in a registered letter to your local company on Lockbourne Road in Columbus, Ohio to no avail
