    Don’t go to the location on Bell! The worst experience ever. Cam was AWFUL! He SLAMMED our order on the table. Then my chicken was not fully cooked. We gave it back to Cam and he took it to the back but never came back. Also my husband told him that if I got sick that we would call corporate. Cam said go ahead! Call corporate. As if he dared us. HORRIBLE customer service. Plus we saw TWO different employees go to the bathroom and DID NOT wash their hands! Will not go back to any Ono!

    This was the worst experience I had !!!! We went to the drive thru and ordered 1 grilled chicken dinner that was all. We paid at the window and waited 20 min.!! unacceptable!!! with multiple cars behind us waiting too. After 20 minutes waiting my husband waved to one of the employees to come to the window. The employee said that the breast of chicken takes about 15 min. to prepare. That should be told at the time of your order that the grillled chicken would take 15 min. They did not tell us that!!! we really like the food but your customer service needs major improvement!!!!!!!!! the restaurant we to was located at 5830 W. Bell Rd. Glendale AZ 85308 .

    Worst experience I’ve had at Ono I was surprised. I live by the new location and was excited to try it. I went through the drive thru and waited 20min at the window after giving my order. Then finally someone came to wi Dow and asked if i have been helped yet? I said no, i have not! I told her I ordered the game meal with no maccaroni and extra rice. I waited another 10min finally came out and rushed me out. I got home And checked the food and found out that they did not give the bbq beef. I got everything else but the BBQ beef. I called the restaurant and let them know, they asked for my bill#335 said hold on and then they just hung up on me. I tried to call back but your employees left the phone off the hook so no more calls would come in. I tried to drive back but your employees saw me coming and locked the doors 10 minutes early at 950pm to avoid me. This was just so disrespectful I was at a loss. Not only did spend over 50$ to not get what I paid for I had to drive and then back just to have your employees totally disrespect a paying customer. I never had a bad experience at the Peoria location. It just saddened me that your business would do such a thing to paying customer. Especially when you work hard for your money only to get ripped off and waste gas driving to get the door locked on you. I didn’t have enough food to feed my family after all that. I had to spend more somewhere else just to have enough. Please make this right!
