I called your facility because we received a request from the payors that we represent, for your facility and providers to participate with our network. This would be specifically for payment on all out of network claims.
That being said, we would like to initiate an agreement that will allow us to have you receive payment on any claims routed to our network for processing. It will also allow us to direct patients your way.
Attached is our standard Facility and Provider agreement and Payors list of who we represent, for you and your team to review. Please keep in mind that all rates and terms are negotiable to suit your needs. Also, any direct agreements in place with any Payors or other networks, will always supersede ours. • No Balance billing.
• All rates and terms are negotiable.
• Business model and billing cycle will remain the same.
• Will not have to send medical records for the provider to receive payment.
• Will not have to sell claims to the collection agencies, if the members don’t pay.
• Provider will not have to write off bills because of nonpayment.
• Provider will receive payment with MCCP’s best efforts, within 14 days of claim received.
• The Providers/Facilities business model or billing cycle will never change.
