I have had a terrible time with your people. From Mikey Obarko to Jamal Isaacs who cannot help. On the phone for 2 days and they still cannot help. Tried to call Corp office and no help there. This is ridiculous.!!
Attn: Gerry P. Smith, CEO – I need to exchange a printer or receive a refund. August 17th, I purchased a Brother MFC Printer Item # 285674 $249.99, Keyboard $64.99, Printer Ink and other office supplies at your store located in Midland, TX. Monday, October 31st, the printer began to print and scan with a dark line in the middle of the page. Today, Thursday November 3rd, I attempted to return the printer showing the manager samples of the issue and requested an exchange or happily pay additional for an upgrade however, I was informed there was a 14-day return policy on printers. That would be great if the printer had failed to misprint in the first 14-days, but it didn’t, and I wasn’t informed of this policy when I purchased the printer or I would have purchased an extended warranty. I read your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on the back of your receipt, and it states there is a 90-day refund or exchange if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it with the original receipt, which is what I attempted to do. The manager at the Midland store refused to discuss anything other than there is a 14-day return I would have to return it to Brothers. I asked if he could assist with a shipping box for the return which he promptly refused. After much conversation, I requested another manager and was referred to Manuel Jimeniz, Sr. General Manager who was in Odessa today. I’ve made several attempts to contact Mr. Jimeniz leaving my name, number and reason for my call unfortunately, it seems according to the last person who answered my call at your Odessa store he is still in a “long” meeting and not available, wow, that is a “long” meeting, convenient
he is unavailable to talk to a customer! I’m not sure if he is avoiding me and a resolution to this problem, or if this is how he normally treats people. All I am asking for is someone to assist with this even if it’s to provide a printer box with packaging to ship it back to brothers would have been the customer service thing to do.
