Dear Mr. November,
I need your help please. I applied for financial assistance a few months ago. To date I have not received any correspondence regarding my application. I included a copy of my latest tax return as requested. I have messaged through my portal asking for a response and have gotten nothing. I have called and gotten no where. It has been over 2 months.
What do you suggest I do next? This is very frustrating and I hesitate to make further appointments for treatment without knowing how much it is going to cost.
