Where is Oak Street Health Corporate office Headquarters

I am soo tired of your television ads, they are entirely tooo long and very annoying . I hate all the dancing around .

They need to do a better job with providing care for the elderly and monitor the concerns of their patients. They are slow at addressing your needs and getting back to you. Constant mistakes are made. The care teams are disorganized. After 10 years of being in business they should have a handle on things but they don’t.
I would not recommend. They have constant staff turn around rarely do you see the same people working in the offices. When first opening the recruitment process showed promise. However, after 4 years since I joined it’s become just what it is a clinic. With all the commercials on TV you can be misled. The need to go back to the drawing board and revise how there accountability system is set up with staff, as well as establishing more independent advocates to monitor and oversee their functions. The elderly deserve better than this! Medicare needs to be informed as well as to their oversight.

Horrible company. You sign up for direct deposit before you start working and still get paper checks. Clinics are a cesspool of microorganisms and staff are unqualified to care for patients. Management is a joke and promise to pay you incentives and bonuses only to lure you in, then make you sign a contract stating if you don’t work for them for 2 years, you have to pay them back. This is not mentioned in your job offer. Also, when they receive money from Medicare for a patient and don’t use it, they use it on another patient…how is this legal? Patients are talked about poorly and staff never clean rooms or wear gloves when handling contaminated equipment. These clinics should be shut down!!!

I have complained so many times about getting forms signed at oak street heath in Speedway, IN and it is always past the 30 day mark and once I have items that need a signature since 11/14/2022

Hi there my name is Robert I would to comment on the staff at oak st in Dayton.The staff at the front desk is not doing their job.I get tired of, calling them to ask when is my appointment.They saying we called you last week talk with you.I haven’t heard from them I tell them this it why I’m calling u now to see when is my next appointment.i don’t get my reminder calls can anyone please help me. Is this a legit company? Because my first visit supposed to be with a Dr not a nurse practitioner, it was the WORST experience I’ve had in my life . An account was opened WITHOUT my permission with Medicare, I called them and canceled that and also informed them of this .
