Terrible communication and parts never show up it’s been 3 months. The chair is in terrible shape and nobody cares or answers the phone. Lies lies lies.

My wheel chair repair execution has caused a major interruption in my lymphedema and venous treatment plan being executed by Centerwell Home Healthcare subsidiary of Human. I need to speak to Tim Casey of the legal department to address my concern for fair & equitable restorative justice.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! From what I’ve been reading on other comments, this is their standard of service. Pathetic!! I’m an amputee and unable to move around my house because my wheelchair has a dead battery. A technician finally showed up last week after MONTHS of asking for a new battery. He showed up empty handed because the idiopathic this company put the call down as an assessment. They’ve known what is wrong! The technician should have had the battery with him! I’ve also been trying to get my headrest and arm pads replaced for OVER A YEAR!! Now I’m being told that next week I’ll get a new battery. In the meantime, I am having to CRAWL to the bathroom! At 60 years old!! The arm pads are cutting my elbows. I was told by Brett Bruns 6 months ago that he would mail the arm pads to me. He never did. James Wisiak keeps saying he will call me back and never does. I’m told that he is the director of his region. Very sad. This company is pathetic and everyone needs to be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I did it yesterday. Maybe if they get enough of them filed against them they will go out of business!

My mother has been shut in the ENTIRE summer because of her lack of mobility and the lack of professionalism and customer care from NuMotion. I have had to call her insurance who in turn called head of ops for this area. This has been going on since June 2022 this is September 2022 still no wheelchair. Called three times this week got two different excuses of why we are again at a standstill. I feel for the people that have mobility issues and have to depend on people like this with no one like me to follow up for them.

    They have destroyed my life,freedom,get dead batteries. I’m fully crippled,and they have robbed me of all mobility.
    Couldn’t go to Thanksgiving with family.
    They lie ,switch old batteries as new. Have asked 50 times to have presidents name phone number. All they do is ignore me.
    My life is dead in the water. I get 8 tenths of w mile before lose all power.
    Nasty as it gets.
