    Cakes for my twin granddaughters.
    I live in Kansas City and they live in Daytona Beach. Close place order was Ormond Beach.
    I told the lady that they had just made the high school volleyball and I wanted to send them both a cake. She said they did not have anything for volleyball but she could do the school colors and grads flag. They was a 45.00 deliver fee which I understand but the cakes were delivered with graduation caps!!!! They 14. Plus nothing about who they were from. I called and she apologized and said she would refund the 20 for the graduation caps. Very unhappy grandma.

    In owing mills md you were set up to fail. Sure, there were lines out the door but that was because you had. 1 person doing sales out front and 5 or more younger ladies in the back giggling and doing ???? No manager obvious on site.

    Horrible horrible horrible experience with you guys first of all I’m in Cleveland Ohio my mom was turning 80 on the 21st of December I ordered the cake the cake never came they told me my delivery was going to be between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 never once the Decay come I contact the office I let them know that I ordered a cake candles and a bank with a balloons none of it came the guy told me he was going to refund my money I get up to check my cc to see if it was there no refund I called the store the manager talked to me like I was a kid told me what she heard and what I didn’t hear I still have no cake and I don’t have a refund horrible horrible horrible

    Hi, I went to the central market place in Waco, Texas. I order a cake, it was to be drizzling and was totally different then what I was showed.
    When we got home cake was raw in the middle, could not even eat it, I was also charged for 8in care at 53.08.
    When I went in and talked to management they said they would refund. As of today I have not gotten it.
    I WILL NOT GO BACK. I USED TO GO WEEKLY. IM DONE!

    I ordered the Strawberries and cream large Bundt cake on November 29(my cc was charged that day) my husband picked the cake up on December 2, 2022 for a party that we were having. 2 hours before serving, I removed the cake as instructed to come to room temperature. When I opened the box the cake was not iced. I called the store and was told that I could pick up an iced cake(while my guests wait) we returned one cake picked up another which was frozen! No one could eat it. I have called the manager (Paula) at the Canton store which she is also the manager at the Fairlawn store to no avail! I have left 3 messages on the corporate answering machine to no avail. Horrible customer service!!!!!

    Clive, IA location. Never more disappointed. Ordered 12 Bundt cakes for my Grandkids to be delivered on Monday Dec. 12th. We have a ring door bell recording of the delivery driver walking up to the door, but since no one answered they did not leave the package and no one contacted me. This was a $15 delivery charge for nothing being delivered. When I contacted the store today I was told they can refund the amount of the cakes but not the delivery charge. Even after speaking with the manager she said they can refund the cakes or deliver again for an ADDITIONAL $15 delivery charge. Needless to say I did not accept this offer and was finally told I would get the full $45 dollar charge refunded. This was suppose to be a nice gift and instead made a Grandma cry in order to get her money back for service not provided.

    My 26 month old wanted a cupcake. I walked in and requested to purchase 1 mini cup cake and they General Manager Nicole Miller said it was not possible, I asked you would nit even do it for a 2 year old? She said absolutely Not. I then asked Nicole, if nothing else, can you do it for the service aspect? She said no, and stated they are the corporate rules. Before giving me her business card, she asked me to purchase the larger individual cupcake for the toddler, (thats when it clicked this woman could careless), she further referred us to Sara’s chpcakes and also encouraged me to contact corporate. Horrrible, insensitive, non-kid friendly experience. Never again to patronise this company.

    I visited the Gunbarrel location in Chattanooga today and was highly disappointed in the service provided by your staff. I have frequented this location often and in the past have been happy. Today I redeemed my card for a free bundle and bought one. I gave her $20 and she started to give me back $8 and change charging me for the free cake. I noted that my change should be $14.26. She was unable correct it and got the meager. The Manger name was Chamillionaire. She the tried to hand me $5.45 as my change. Again I stated my change should be $14.26. She told me I was wrong. I asked her to do the math subtracting $5 from $20. She again told me that was my change and she didn’t care because she was getting married tomorrow. She finally redid the receipt and found she ewas in error. At no time did she apologize. An apology would have gone a long way. There were a number of other customers in the store who witnessed this. The final receipt number is 100, but I don’t have the original receipt number. She made herself and the store appear non customer service friendly.

    I’m a good customer of Nothing But Bundt cakes. I’m no longer going to purchase anything again. On 11/23/22 at about 5:00 pm, I was in your store in Mission Viejo CA & I wanted 4/5 individual Bundt cakes. I spoke to 3 employees including a manager. One of the employees didn’t even know that your store offered military discount of which we have gotten on many occasions. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran who was in the hospital at the time & I wanted to surprise him with your cakes. Unbelievable they refused to put those cakes into a box. They actually let me walk out the store & I told them that they lost a good customer. I even offered to pay for a box & they still refused. Your employees obviously require customer service training including your manager. I would like a reply from someone in your Corporate office. Thank you. 949-554-5559

    Not sure who should be aware of this but we participated in a fundraising event with your Mansfield location off of Broad and the service was horrible. I emailed the manager and to date still have not heard back from her (Carolyn Cervantes). This fundraiser was for the Grand Prairie High School band we delivered these horrible cakes to a Ford dealership, school administration and family and friends, I know she would never sell these in her bakery. This was embarrassing not only for our organization but for your name the way these cakes were packed and delivered to us for distribution.

    Tried to respond to your customer care team emailing but only gave me two city options for the whole state of Texas and neither one was the cypress location. Can’t believe you’re only in two other cities when we have many locations in Houston. Very strange. You need to read the customer reviews for Cypress Tx 77433. I will never go back as well as many other customers from what I read. Maybe you need to check out what’s going on at this location. Never seem to be open . Made a trip in an hours worth of traffic to purchase 3 cakes. Checked website for hours before leaving work. Said open until 7:00. Arriving at cypress location at 5:03 only to find handwritten sign on door saying decided to close at 4:00.I guess trick or treating was more important than doing business. Saw another customer trying to enter and we were both very disgusted. Not a normal way of doing business. I am a teacher and told several co-workers not to go there. We have several great bakery options . Won’t waste my time going to your cypress location again.

    The Santee California location is horrible. They have the rudest guy there. He is rude and has no respect fo customers. I’ve dealt with him on 3 different locations and he has zero respect for customers. I cant even get him to give me the name of his manager. Only location near me but I will never go again as long as he works there

    Horrible customer service at the San Diego, CA Mission Valley location.

    I was very clear when I placed my order for delivery today. It was for a 10″ Lemon Bundt Cake. That was the ONLY thing right with my purchase.

    It was a cake for an employee who has been with our company for over 16 years and this was her “cele-“bundt”ing cake with a card with a nice message – “Lela, we will miss you SO MUCH. From everyone at Elite!”

    On top of that, the cake was for a birthday. It had a HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANNER and a HAPPY BIRTHDAY FLAG. It is not her birthday.

    To top it off, I had a very dissatisfying experience when I called the store and spoke with Amanada C., who identified herself as a manager. I was not asking for a refund. I was asking for them to PLEASE deliver the right cake with the card, etc. I was so embarrassed in front of all my employees. They would do NOTHING. They referred me back to DoorDash. But this shop failed to get the order right. The driver delivered the cake just fine. This was a special occasion that didn’t make our employee feel very special.

    Customer service is everything and your San Diego location failed to deliver on 2 counts; getting the order correct and refusing to make it right.

    The cake was wonderful but not so great to continue to give our business to a company that does not hold to the values of what true customer service is.

    I went yesterday to the location in orange to get 2 of our favorite flavor strawberries and cream and this morning I was enjoying it was my second bite when I felt in my mouth a hard sharp piece of plastic that could be so dangerous if that was a kid eating it! I just couldn’t believe it! I never had issues but I was very shock and so disappointed!! Need to pay more attention!!

    Very disappointed with Nothing Bundt Cakes due to your poor customer service by your lack of effort, lack of communication and laziness by Pam Stringer. I left a message twice with Pam Stringer who does not return telephone calls which shows a lack of employee engagement and motivation. There are other competitors who provide just a good of quality, if not better, and better CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I used to shop at the Lafayette, LA location at least once a week. Haven’t been in awhile so decided to stop in today. Got home and the bundlet was a lot smaller and the price was higher. I called the store and was told the humidity caused certain flavors to be smaller. Then she said she doesn’t know why they are smaller. Humidity…really? She didn’t even try to rectify the issue. My thought is, if you’re going to offer smaller cakes now, at least have them in the display case so we know what we’re getting or tell us, not let it be a surprise when we get home. It felt like a bait & switch…lol Very disappointed and will not be going back.

    I shop at the Fort Lauderdale location. Very disappointed at how much smaller your small Bundt cakes are.
    The price is now $4.50 each, and they’re at least 1/3 smaller. At this point I’m very reluctant to buy any time soon.

    I have been coming to your bakery since you opened in San Carlos, CA. I always purchase the Pecan buntlet and just found out the flavor has been discontinued. I am unable to eat chocolate and the pecan was my favorite please bring it back.

    Hello on Saturday June18th,2022. I purchased a 12 ct assortment of mini bundts. On Sunday the next day when we attempted to eat them they all was very spongy. I made the purchase at the Atascocita location. I’ve never had this issue before

    I went to pick up Birthday cake she said I had to pick up on the day of my birthday. I had the email for it. They let you get before your birthday with your email coupon. She was not very nice.

    Comment on your snickerdootle flavor is miss leading. It sounds like a snicker bar to alot of us. And thinking it would taste like a snicker bar. Which it dose not. Terrible choice on this flavor. You should of keep Marbles flavor instead! Very disappointed. Who ever made this decision should be fired!
