    New York sports club in Dobbs ferry New York has not had hot water in the showers in over two weeks.
    I’ve complain to the manager repeatedly. He doesn’t even know why there is no hot water other than their boiler is not working. I have canceled my membership and have reported it to the Board of Health of Westchester County. Do not join this club

    I joined the facility in Garnerville. I joined to use the pool. Its been a disaster. No lifeguards, broken pool heater, pool pump, etc. I’d have a better chance swimming in the Hudson river. The town has no problem finding lifeguards. If you paid your people better, you could find them. I guess you’d rather lose members.

    My name is Lourdes Corallo. I sent out an email about my charges on 5/2/2022. Regarding charges taken out of my account. Upto now I haven’t heard from this office. I had canceled my account a very long time ago, but till now you keep taking money out of my account. I am very upset with this matter. How dare this company continue taking money out of my account. This has been going on since 2006. Now also with Covid it has been closed. I expect this matter to be taken care of ASAP. I expect to be contacted by messages on my phone ASAP.     The GM and staff at the 125th street in Harlem do not take suggestions or complaints serious…Equipment at time stays unrepaired for weeks.
    I have seen a heavy bag that is torn/un- usable sit in corner of studio for 2 months now has not moved dam weds growing around it .

    I have been trying to suspend my NY Sports Club membership as my contract says I can for up to 12 months.There is NO option on the web site to aaccomplish this. It only says I have to suspend by going to my club. WELL there is no one at the my club since they closed due to COVID19 crisis! BAD business pratice to not give options on their web site. I’ve been a member for 10 years, but If I’m not reimbursts for the months they are closed, or contacted by NY Sports Club soon to suspend, I will cancel my credit card payments, and move to another sporstclub when COVID19 scare is over!

      I have been paying for a membership since 2006. I have emailed NYSC to cancel because I no longer have attended the gym. They never took my cancellation and kept taking my money. I am requesting my reimbursement for the money that was taken after me canceling. They never wanted to cancel through the phone then I sent email and to this day they are taking my money. I want some results on this matter.
