I’m a 72 old former 3 sport head coach who was wearing Nike until my podiatrist switched me to New Balance in 2005. I wore many models in my walking venture and went from 278 lbs.to 172 lbs. in a little over a year walking 6-8 miles per day. Now retired I saw the 550 vintage indigo for $110 and tried to get a pair online but the sneaker heads like ticket scalpers jumped on them and I was left out even being #9 in line on line. I would like to purchase a pair at the original price and not the exorbitant prices that range from $150-240 a pair by these shoe scalpers. Hope you can help me. New Balance is stealing from me. They are using my UPS account to send things out and charging my account. I have tried calling NB, but all I get is an automated system, can’t even leave a message.
My next step is getting an attorney and going after NB for all the back bills that I keep having to fight with UPS and for aggravation!
To whom it concern I have purchased 608 sneakers and twice the sole seperated where the blue part of sole is glued The second pair lasted around 8 weeks and they seperated I would like to know if this has been a problem I been purchasing new balance for a long time

Hello I’m calling about some new balance girls metal spikes for Softball I bought a second pair of new balance cleats and they cracked on the outside on the bottom of the cleat by the ball of the foot the first pair did the same thing my daughter loves to use new balance because They feel good on her feet but I don’t want to keep buying them if I’m gonna keep having this problem they’re not cheap can you tell me is this a manufactures issue that you guys are having with these cleats please let me know
I ordered a pair of New Balance 880 the end of January 2022 from Fleet Feet. I received them in February. I’ve been wearing them to a gym class for seniors twice a week. On the top toe area of one shoes is a weak spot and a hole. I’m very disappointed!! I paid a lot of money for these shoes and Fleet Feet will not do anything for me. They said to contact you. Is there any way I can get a replacement pair or a credit toward a new pair? I really like these shoes and they have helped improve my back issues. I appreciate any help you can give me! I saw a pair of tennis sneakers online that I fell in love with but can’t find them anywhere. They are New Balance Women’s 1006 V1 Tennis Shoe and I’d be happy with either the black flowered pair or the white flowered pair in 7.5 D. PLEASE help me to find these! I have short, wide feet with a high instep and New Balance wide width is the only ones that ever fit me. But it does give me limited options. I was hoping to find a fun tennis shoe and found these and I love these! Please help me find them.

Recently there was a debit card purchase made at new balance on my debit card for 87.99 I never made this purchase but was told I couldn’t get a refund to my card as the order had already been delivered. If that was true then you should find out who lives at the address you delivered to as it wasn’t me because I did not make a purchase. This is not a way to run a business. I contacted you on the Monday after the Saturday they made the purchase. I just receive social security and I have never been able to purchase a pair of shoes at this amount. I would like for your company to rethink your decision.
