Very bad experience at your at 5716 Touhy. Employee named Joana was rude, mean and abusive when I complained that she gave me some else’s order.
The cashier was not much help either. I left after paying $11 without food as she wouldn’t refund. I had to get back to work as I had spent 40 minutes of my lunchtime there already.
Need to fire employees like her who bring bad name to your restaurant , which I patronize at least once a week.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORDERED FOR FOOD TO BE DELIVERED-THE FOOD NEVER CAME SO I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY SAID THE ORDER WAS CANCELED BY US. IT NEVER WAS. I WENT IN THE RAIN TO THE STORE AND THEY WANTED ME TO TAKE THE HOUR OLD FOOD. I ASKED THEM TO MAKE IT FRESH AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME TWICE! FOR THE NEW AND OLD ORDER. I TOLD THEM TO FORGET IT AND TO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD-GUESS WHAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE FOOD WE NEVER RECEIVED. TERRIBLE-WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN CALLING CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN!
The Naf Naf store in Brookfield WI is excellent! Everyone who works there is very friendly and service is always “on point”. Please consider a Naf Naf for those of use who love the food and live in the Northshore region of Milwaukee. Unfortunately Brookfield is a 40 minute drive for me, I would fine there more often if it were closer.
