My email was taken down because I filed a complaint about Lexi at the front desk at the office in Easton located at 28522 Marlboro Ave. I filed a complaint about her being racist. Taking down a review does not address the problem.

Pertaining my warranty

I have an issue with the store here pertaining my warranty on my glasses

I am having a problem with the reidsville office. 3 pair of glasses and none are right. Another optician has told me what the problem is. I am seeking full refund and they are fighting it.

My prescription was sent to the wrong lab and the staff didn’t notify me that their was going to be a delay on getting my glasses due to their mistake. I have contacted them three times on my order and I keep getting told my order has been put on rush and we will call back in a day or two with an update. I am not for sure what they consider a rush but after 5 weeks I don’t consider that a rush. I have not yet received a call from them to update me on anything as I was told they would. As of today with the third call and going on 5 weeks since I placed my order I was told my order was shipped from the lab and should be sometime next week. However, after venting to the gal who answered my call today and her rudeness and hung up on me abruptly when I told her that I would be contacting the Corporate office my mind is made up that I will no longer be participating in going back to that store again. Or, will I be giving them recommendation to any family or friends. POOR CUSTOMER SERVIVE!
