Nearly every company especially a worldwide company like MTD utilizes Email. So it was a surprise to find that MTD does not in fact have an easily found (if it even exists) email address. I see the only other comment on this board was one that was made no doubt by another consumer looking to address a concern but was forced to leave a message on a forum as this one. Perhaps corporate should rethink this and bring the company into the 21st century? Thank you in advance.

When ordering, I specifically ask person if it was going to be shipped that same day. He said yes but forgot to tell me it would more. When it wasn’t shipped 2nd day I was told it was 5 to 7 days. Not my fault. Now I have to pay 2 times the amount for shipping. A good company would say, we’ll ship it today no extra charge
