I received transmission work on my e350 ford wheelchair van on July 8 2022 by Dee the owner of the covington hwy location. This van is used for my non emergent transportation company. When I first paid and drove my car, i took it 3mile around the corner to get the AC fixed which broke while in Mr transmission procession. Once I got my van back. Drive it for no more then 10 mile and it stopped on me while driving to get a patient. They towed it back to the shop and had it for another 1.5 weeks. I received it again drove it about 10 mile on Aug 4 2022 and the transmission went back out. Now this is a month without my truck. The mechanic went out of town for a week leaving my truck broke. The week he came back the transmission was finally ordered. Now as of Aug 22 2022 im still waiting for my truck to be towed so they can try to fix it again. Im highly upset and disappointed due to the lack of urgency to get my problem resolved. The time in which Im left with out my truck eventhough it was paid for on July 8 2022. I would appreciate some type of resolution for my time and suffering from lose of income not having my truck within a timely fashion. I have to constantly call the location to see what the issue is and im honestly losing my patience. I have 3 truck now as my business continues to grow and I will never use Mr transmission or recommend this company ever again.
