This letter is to inform you of the unpleasant experience I had with your “Safeguard Projection” plan. My husband and I purchased a dining room table set back in April of 2021 where we place the set along with brand new furniture in an Air-conditioned storage unit until our house was completed (new build).
We moved into our home the weekend after Thanksgiving of this year 2023 and this past weekend we moved the remaining items from the storage unit one being the dining room table we purchase from your store Mor furniture for less the “Glendale, Arizona Showroom location”. With that being said, we notice the back of the chairs are extremely loose two of them worse than the other. I took pictures of the chairs because I was told the set was still under warranty. I sent the pictures in along with explaining that the back of the chairs were very loose two worse than the other and the set itself had been in storage and unused. I rec’d a phone call from Gabby of Safeguard Protection denying my claim stating basically wear on the chairs I told her we never used the chairs nor sat at the table we had the set in storage awaiting the complication of our home there’s no way the backs should be loose on all 4 chairs two worse than the other. I was then told to take my issue up the actual store due to the manufacturer’s warranty; and of course the store referred me back to Safeguard.
Please also beware I never received a copy of Safeguard’s policy upon purchasing the dinning set. Now, I feel unjust was done to me as a consumer due to the fact I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy/have at least one dinner on the dinning set due to the faulty chairs. I would really appreciate some sort of resolution I understand if I cant get all 4 chairs replaced but at least two of the chairs. I called myself trying to decorate our new home and I called myself trying to budget for our home by buying furniture little by little and placing it in storage until completion of our home. Not being able to use the furniture we brought in confidence that the quality was good to only find out its not and then to receive to bad customer service from the company you recommended to us to purchase the Safeguard protection plan is really disappointing.
I am asking you is there any way we can resolve this issue/matter?
P.s. I have also attached pictures for your review.
Sincerely,

Bridget Holmes

I bought a couch for my son in Sept 2023, upon arrival the delivery guys had cut the couch while taking it out of the plastic. A new one was delivered and the bottom portion was completely cracked. Again another couch had to be delivered and the pull out bed was broken and nonfunctional. When calling to request another new couch be delivered the supposed lady in charge of customer services stated “There is nothing more we can do for you”. I feel we have been failed and treated very poorly when in reality our request is reasonable since we did purchase the couch and to no fault of our own have received damaged goods 3 times now. If I do not receive a prompt response and the issue be fixed I will take this complaint public and be forced to take measures into my own hands.
