I discovered that the franchise in Ashland VA charged my credit charge for services they did not perform. I notified them and my credit card in February about the my credit card–they know it was their error. As of my last bill, the charge not been removed–it is taking at least 3 months for them to correct their error.
Don’t work at this company they don’t care about you and blame you for other people’s problems and when you try to explain anything to them they don’t listen and no matter how hard you work to keep there business going through a pandemic they have no respect for you we got no hazard pay while we in people personal homes cleaning the only thing they care about is getting money
The worst company I have ever dealt with……the workers broke my blind but they DID REPLACE IT….then they used TOILET CLEANER on my MOEN faucets in both of my bathrooms……they sent out a HANDYMAN to replace them (3 faucets) but replaced them with less expensive ones NOT MOEN…..the one LEAKS underneath…the company would not accept my phone calls nor would the HANDYMAN…what business does this????? I sent a complaint to the BBB….they have sent 2 letters to the company WITH NO REPLY….I should have checked before I hired this company…THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED with the BBB..
