Does Moen ever look at reviews on the internet? There is a stream for years about the difficulty replacing the undersink filter. Basically the problem is seating the filter in the manifold and bring able to rotate the filter to get a seal.

I don’t need a filter. I have 3 new on hand. I need a manifold that will actually accommodate your filter.

I would appreciate a reply outlining what Moen is doing to resolve this long standing issue and when there will be a solution available to the public.

Moen lifetime quarantee means it takes a lifetime for them to ship out your replacement parts. I ordered 4 parts that fit in an enveloppe and its been a month. Still not shipped even after being put on rush list twice.

Lifetime warranty for Moen means it takes you a life time to get anyone at Moen to talk to you about replacing a part. Moen totally hates their product users.

Right know Moen Company has a 0 star status, it’s 2 days and still unable to speak to anyone in customer service…….many phone calls even your call back service much to be desired (N0 CALL BACK I started at 10:30am 7/15/19 finally gave up at 6:30 pm..
Started again today at 10 am 7/16/19 this time I get a wait time of 1hour 15 min. for approx call back….
I’m ready to return the new bath shower fixture !!!!!!!
I have been buying Moen fixtures both bath and kitchen for many years & 4 remodels.
It’s EXASPERATING !!!!!!!

Dear Mr. President Michael Dennis

I meet the company rep. at the Niagara falls Home Depot location…her name Colleen ..she give me the cartride but the rest of the parts she will send it …that was feb 20 since then my countertop getting more damage but when I talk to the comp. representative over the phone he said if you want the pull out faucet then the supervisor has the authority….I ask for that because my damage so big the countertop has to be replaced….Anna the Home depot kitchen manager said to me …”only 10 % discount ” You have no idea what I`m going thru …the water caused so much damage underneath the countertop….I have to hire somebody to rebuild the countertop underneath …Company who has such of good name on the market it may cause financial problem to send me a pull out faucet ? I have been supporting you in the past 47 years .
