Myself and my wife both have monthly passes for about 2 years now in Ogden Utah I went by on Thursday 8/9/2023 and I was directed into the wash but as I drove in I put the car in park by accident to ask the technician to turn off the tire shine ! I was never aware that the car stayed in park ! The car wash dragged my vehicle 3/4 of the way through before my car jumped the track and got bumped by the vehicle directly behind me ! My concern is ! Is my vehicle ok to drive will something get damaged for being drug 100’

I have had so many problems with the car wash in Patterson,CA closed, no vacuums dryers barely work. I just upgraded to the titanium 360 and I feel I deserve a refund. For a month.

My wife ran her car through the carwash and one of your dry towel spinners knocked off the antenna fin. The manager Marco Hererra at 8139 Lameda Ave, El Paso TX said he viewed the video and took full responsibility. They sent me to Cadillac Bravo for estimate so that mister carwash could pay for the repairs. I havent heard from anyone. Its already been about 2 months.
