Your company delivered only half of the invitations ordered. We chose Minted with an email reply RSVP card because time was and is of the essence. Your customer service processes do not address urgent need. The immediate urgency now is because of your failings to box and ship the complete order. There is a lack of transparency and specification in resolving this issue, which is the sole responsibility of Minted. The reply is that the case is escalated to the escalation team without any action steps or timeframe toward resolution. The additional print and overnight ship should be done today!! I have been on the phone with multiple people from your customer service team and it appears to me that the failings are systematic and operational because no one can provide information and move quickly. Get this resolved NOW!

I am a minted repeat customer who has been having an abundance of issues with this years order. Please help me understand why 1 order has been cancelled 2 times and issued 3 different order numbers. I have emailed with Joseph and spoken with numerous people most recently Adanika. I was told my order placed over 10 days ago would be here yesterday but they cancelled it and Adanika promised a return call with resolution by 5pm EST. I did not receive a call back and have spent countless hours on the phone and email with 0 resolution. My recent case#is 5042237. Please help me resolve.
