I have been attempting for a month to have your organization repair my car that was damaged at your Mimi’s at last Vegas – Durango store ( w Kohls)
One of your concrete parking stops had a rebar spike raised about 3-4″ above the parking stop.
This spike caught the front of my Mercedes caught and it tore up the front bumper on my car.
Mimi’s insurance carrier is refusing to repair.
I have been in touch with my insurance at this point to repair however I am getting my attorney involved to come after Mimi’s for their negligence with this.
I am also working with local media and tv ( 4 major affiliates) to make sure Mimi’s is giving negative media in regards to customer service and liabilities at this site.
I will also be reaching out to my social media ( Facebook, twitter, etc.) To report negative attention to your organization for such neglect in addition to a complaint to the BBB and the local/State regulatory authorities to inspect this store for liabilities and business codes n practices.
If you would like to resolve this within the next 72 hours then I will stop all my efforts.
