Miller Pipeline is an American based company which has been serving the infrastructure market from 1953 to date. The company focuses on providing different types of pipeline contracting and repair services that can be used for diverse uses.

The pipes made are instrumental in natural gas transport and handling, liquids, water piping and waste water management. It is found in Crawfordsville Road in Indianapolis. The business has grown to include three divisions and boasts of over 3800 experts. The company was however sold in 2020 to Power team services at the tune of $850 million which later led to the rebranding of its business name to Artera Services.

I am located in Natchez Ms, and I was traveling on a city street that Miller Pipe line company was working on. The street was dug up and was filled with some sediment. Afterwards, a series of rains and traffic cause the sediment to wash away and developed a large pot hole. That pot hole cause extensive damage to my vehicle. I reported the incident to the city, they said it was not the city responsibility and referred me to Miller Pipe Line. I contacted the Risk department , which l sent estimates of the damages done by Alexander Body Shop. I spoke to an agent several times whom said approximately two weeks ago that he was putting the check in the mail to me. As of today, I have not received the funds to get my vehicle fixed. I have also telephoned Miller Pipe Lime and have left several messages concerning the check that I was to receive Nevertheless, no one has contacted me. I have 1 vehicle and therefore, need to resolve this issue ASAP. I will also need a rental vehicle while mines is being repaired and I am asking that the check reflect funds that will enable me to rent a car as mines is in the shop. You are welcome to reach the body shop and inquire as to the approximate time it will take them to complete the job. The check should be made to me Tony Johnson. I am dissatisfied that I have NOT received the funds. I expect that you will be able to help me resolve this problem immediately.
