I have not been able to buy a 365 subscription online in Hong Kong for the past 24 hours, as your system is unable to process my credit card. My bank confirmed this morning that my card is good to pay

I called your local office for help. Instead of offering sympathy and alternative ways of card payment, your front desk coldly stated the obvious: that it was the front desk, and that there is nothing the office can do for me. I did not even reach the next level to explain the situation.

As a productivity enhancer, MS 365 is indispensable to my work. To have been grounded for a full day, just because you could not take my payment, is not satisfactory.

In addition, the Hong Kong office has displayed utter indifference to customer experience, which is not good for the customer or your long term commercial interest.

I would be grateful to hear management’s take on what the issues are, and whether an apology is due.

    Thank you for your attention.

Your company is ridiculous! Someone hacked my account and stole $500 from me. I called right away and found out that the hacker purchased a console and games that would be shipping to their address. I was told that they can contact the delivery service to have the package intercepted to ensure it didn’t get delivered to this hacker. But they lied and the package was delivered. I’ve been getting the run around. Your company should have a better process to protect customer’s accounts from getting hacked. I will be contacting the police, an attorney and every media outlet that will listen to me. After reviewing all of the reviews left by a TON of other customers with this same issue it looks like we DEF have a court case on our hands to sue the shit out of your company. So I expect a call from someone who can actually assist me with my refund immediately!

I have been having issues with a Gamer harrasing me thru Xbox and I have tried to reach out to Microsoft to report this person – according to the standars this person will be banned. Why do I still have a problem? Who included XBox on computers if we professionals don’t need this

This 96-year-old Lenovo computer user uses Microsoft’s operating system. However, I will not accept future updates because the last one changed heritage software I use, e.g. WordPerfect. I also use gmail and Chrome search. Do not make unauthorized changes to my software.

  • Terry Ann Johnson says:

    Good Morning

My name is Mrs Terry Ann Johnson, I visited your store Burkes on 9/11/2022. At 5:00 pm that time I went to go check out my items, I asked about discount on my phone, but I realized I got the wrong store pulled up,but then I pull up burkes store app. There was four employees behind the counter and one Mrs or Ms Nancy (Supervisor) standing beside me. The names that was given to me was the one’s behind the counter: Josh,Emily Assoc. ,Mercedes and Tori-on the clock Supervisor Nancy off the clock supervisor.

I asked about the discount with the lady behind the counter who I believe to be Tori Supervisor she turned to talk to the lady on my side of the counter about me so I turned to the lady and asked excuse me but I’m right here you can talk to me she proceeded to tell me that she is off the clock and she is not talking to me she is talking to the ladies behind the counter I said to her that but I’m standing right here you could talk to me she says I am not talking to you I am off the clock and then she told me if I had a complaint that I could take it up with corporate because I asked her why was she being so rude to me no one behind the counter or even the other associate manager said anything to her or to me about her being so rude they told me to take it outside that they couldn’t do anything for me I asked for everybody’s name and the corporate name but they gave me the email instead I went ahead and purchased my purchase when she left but I think she needs to be fired because the lady Nancy the supervisor I had a interview with her a month ago I didn’t it realize until I got home that she was the same person I had the interview with about it part-time job there I walked into the store to have an interview with her and she gave me the nastiest look she was being ugly. She said to me are you able to keep up while we walk around the store? I said yes ma’am. I felt like she was making a point that I’m too old for this job and she didn’t wanted me. I think she expecting me to be younger than I was. She was assuming I couldn’t do the job because I wasn’t as young as she thought I was . I’m 53 years old and needed a part-time job she walked around the store she didn’t really talk me. It took about 5 minutes and she said I’ll call you in a few minutes and let you know. She never called so I called back and she said she gave it to someone one else. Nancy your supervisor is very rude to the customers and my opinion and just my opinion only for working in the industry myself and being a manager myself that nobody should be treated like that by a manager or even an employee at that so this is the second encounter with this lady that was absolutely rude ugly and disrespectful to others I’m hoping she gets fired so I’m able to go back into the store and have a nice experience to buy more product thank you sincerely Mrs.Terry Ann Johnson

Ps: This all happened in front of my granddaughter and other customers.

Looking for customer service is like digging for water in the desert! There just isn’t any!
Address of two accounts in question are: HW1011@Live.com….. and Cherdeesma@Live.com

I’ve tried in the past, and now for the last several days, every day, to 1) make a new rule regarding “if address contains” newsletter, newsletters, advert, adverts and so on, trying to stop so many “junk mails”. To just leave them alone and let them die doesn’t seem to be an option since I find mail wherein I’ve marked the sender a safe sender…. yes, in the “junk mail” folder!

Mass receipt of junk mail did not start until I spoke with a barely legible Microsoft agent regarding my older Insignia tablet, which had been updated to Windows 10 on purchase. During an automatic update, all my sound was lost. Windows said I had no sound on my device! Well, it was there… what happened to it? From that time on…. mass junk mail started showing up my own desktop @ HW1011@Live.com.

It almost seems that the server is not programmed as the software claims. When I “block” a sender, a notice reads that all mail from that sender, and that .com, .us or dot whatever, will be blocked. Then I see them “coming through” again!

I’ve tried to use the “self help” procedures through Outlook. For my money, that path is as worthless as almost anything Microsoft has come up with. If your issue doesn’t fit the “groove” they want you in, you’re out of luck. There is no such thing as “customer service” through that channel!

I want, that is, I ask, with all due respect, that this be looked into. Certainly, a person of your stature, or a staff member has the wherewithal to look into “too much junk mail” on a paid e-mail account!

Let me just say… I’ve been a consistent Microsoft/Windows supporter. I build custom computers and stick with Windows. I bypass Apple mainly because of their “compatibility”, or lack thereof. I’ve converted many friends to Outlook because of security and the ability to transfer larger files, photos and music. My intent in having a Premium Account in the first place was to be able to transfer music files to buyers. I don’t use that today….. but I might, if this service that I pay for responded the way your software says it will!

I am disabled, and it is very hard to type with arthritic fingers and hands. Jay Rob, you are absolutely correct. They sell you a product and you are on your own. They owe me a refund, and I can’t speak to anyone. I’ve had 3 chats and got nothing is getting done. I am posting this on Facebook and Instagram. I am also calling my bank. If I don’t get anywhere next it is the television station. They get results.
