I am a consumer and purchased a pair of shoes they were worn not more then 2-3 times and they fell apart on me while out at a formal event and I fell. I have pictures to share. I took them to a shoe repair shop and they stated the glue used to put them together was very bad, defective, and possess a risk to the person wearing them especially considering they are high heals. I have statements from the shoe repair shops and numerous detailed pictures. I would appreciate someone from customer service contacting me about this. I am happy to start posting pictures showing how barely used the shoes are and both came apart the heal separating from the rest of the shoe possessing a dangerous situation for someone walking in them not to mention they were expensive and this should not be happening. I am a consumer and I purchased a navy blue patent leather pump from Belk department store at the summit in Birmingham, AL, I did not have the shoe a year before the inside lining began crumbling. The shoe was comfortable but the inside did not hold up well at all. Can you please consider making a shoe that the inside does not crumble.
