I have not been in NYC for a long while due to the pandemic, and my metrocard expired on 06/30/2020. I have requested a new metrocard, but have been told that after 2-years from expiration, my money is forfeited. I requested an exception due to the pandemic, but this agency will not grant one (or at least the people I have talked to have no authority and do not seem to care). Yet, I hear messages when I call in such as “thank you for riding with us again”. I do not plan to come back to NYC or use the MTA. This is an outrageous situation !
The MTA and there BM2 to Canarise is the worst line ever….and MTA won’t do anything about it. They won’t even take complaints about there bus that never comes on time
