I am highly disgusted by your customer service as well as your ability to process a refund appropriately. Today I called customer service and was greeted by Tony who did not even answer the phone with saying the name of the company. He proceeded to be extremely rude to me and hung up on me several times he did not want to discuss the terms of my refund and would not get into accounting with me in his words how can this be professional customer service? I spent over $100 on your products and I will never return as a customer and will highly discourage anyone else from buying your products. Overall the refund I am receiving is also in the wrong amount and I will continue to call until it is processed correctly.
