Maytag customer service/support and products are awful!

Machine is two months old already been serviced 4 times and now with a smoke issue. A technician comes over and he needs to contact support over the phone to run a diagnosis and they have no idea how to do it. At the end machine is fine give us a call if this issue occurs again! This is so frustrating I have a newborn last thing I want to worry about is a fire to occur because of a washer.

Your customer service people: too young, too incompetent, too inexperienced to make me as a new customer rely ever again on Whirlpool appliances.
So far I’m returning to foreign built appliances who have excellent Customer Service representatives who understand the products of their company.
I see now why Americans turn away from American made. Without good customer service an expensive union built appliance is worth NOTHING!
