Fix your process. I have sprinkler service in Pinellas county. You get nothing else because I have to beg to get an appointment to get a head fixed. Why do I have to call and talk to a manager? I am a busy exec and I don’t need to talk to a manager. I need my sprinkler fixed. It takes forever because your managers are in the field all day and I am busy traveling the country. All I want is a head fixed… Have you ever heard of a shared calendar? Hire a call center in Mexico. Two strikes…three and you are out. Terrible process and customer service.
