I ordered a 2023 Denim Blue Ghibli Modena 8 months ago with a down payment
I’ve been told several lies about where this car is and its delivery date.
I ordered the car at White Plains Maserati/Alpha Romeo in White Plains NY USA
I was told I’d have the car by Sept then Oct then November and now by mid or late December..
I’ve been told that the car is in Italy , it left Italy and should be and is in Canada and then New Jersey and back in Canada on its way to Italy where it hasn’t cleared customs but is New Jersey.
This is the most disrespectful vehicle purchase/transaction I’ve ever been involved in!!

Firstly I would like to say I wanted to contact you to say my wife liked you’re British TV advert and from this we contacted you, this then led to a call from a young Lady Rosie Cox who made a booking for us to attend the show room in Birmingham we were offered drinks on arrival hospitality was second to none we were offered a walk around the full showroom looking at all the sports cars Masarati and Ferrari we then were given a full demenstration of the Levante, which we had came to see telling us about different options on engines and upgrades to the seating and wheels, we were then offered a test ride not in one car but both Petrol and deisel this was so pleaseing the customer service by Rosie, and on our return Neil her manager asked our opinion on the drive we were very pleased again no pressure again asked if we would like another drink and a sitdown at the bar while Neil looked over our car to offer his valuation on his return he wanted to check some facts on our car before he could give a final price for us to consider.
I have to say this was a great experience both my wife and myself recieved we had only to smile when Neil returned with Rosie we signed and can’t wait to return to collect our new Levante Petrol model
Thanks again to all involved with this sale.
