    I received an offer in the mail.Enclosed was a check for me to sign and deposit in my bank. I decided to take advantage of the offer because I am in the middle of a family crisis. I deposited the money via Mobile bank app. When depositing mobile app if the transaction is not clear or legible , it will not acceptvthe deposit until the pictures of the check are legible.
    However, when chase scanned the check& sent to Bank of America they would not accept the check because it was illegible. So, they made the money available for me to use and took it back.Leaving my account in negative standing.My account is on restriction hold by the fraud unit.I am so deeply humiliated and embarrassed. I am frustrated because I am being treated like a criminal. I have not done anything wrong but try to take advantage of an opportunity to acquire a loan to help solve a financial crisis.The pymt was reasonable.I took the original check to Chase to submit to Bank ofAmerica to clear up the discrepancy. Too my avail, the check was not processed claiming it was illegible.I have contacted a lawyer that handles Consumer Protection issues and filed a complaint with Attorney Generals office. I don’t understand what is happening to me. It is unfair. Has anyone had this to happen to them when dealing with this company? The local branch in my area were so nice to me in trying to help resolve this issue. It was a pleasure speaking to the Manager and Miss Lexi.

    Trying to make a payment and the agent refused to collect. Makes no sense?! Why would a company ever refuse money is absurd to me. I asked to speak with supervisor and she said the same thing lol then I asked for corporate office number and they put me on hold. Guess they didn’t know the number.

    I put in for a loan two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a response they said they have tried to contact me but thats not true very bad experience reminds me of one main
