I was very disappointed that I didn’t receive my 30% off today.
I saw 30 % off and free shipping on 69.00. I jumped at it! Then, right after I ordered, I did the math and realized that there was a problem. I went to chat, told the associate my situation and ask to cancel my order. I was told I could not cancel and couldn’t get the 30% off. Case closed.
Hi, I placed a order.The service represenitive refused to give me my five dollar payment for my products and it was documented in the catalog.Refused to give my payment plan b that was documented in the catalog.I tried to apply with your credit department and they refused to process my credit application.I tried.to sway the ole girl.She would not jive right.Hey dont think your service represenitives are with the program people.Teach your people to assist our people right.I need a service representive to call me to do my order right immediatly.

Your people will not give the customer a supervisor when they ask to talk to a supervisor. I have called FTC and now you are about to lose a long time customer. They keep telling me that there is a 6-8 day processing time to NY. I have never had this much trouble with you before. This is why I believe this is FRAUD. I placed an order on 8/7/21 and you have not even shipped it yet. It does not take 8 days to process an order. I want that order by 2 days or it will be free and you will refund the total amount. If not I will contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION on 8/16/21. I’m Accusing of theft. If this issue is not taken care of right away. I’m I going to have to leave your company Or I’m I going to have to put bad review? I placed an order on August 7th. and it is still setting in your facility? Why does it take SIX DAYS OR MORE TO PROCESS ONE SIMPLE LITTLE TOY? I feel that if I have to wait much longer than I should get it for free. I feel that 6 days is way to much time. I feel that I should get it free oft charge.
michael hada i ordered riding boots in august size 8 got 2 size 7 and 2 size 9 no 8 .your service center says someone will check the warehouse and call me back it is nov 20th and still no call back not good business sir.
I have tried to place an order for 3 items in the ltdcommodies.com; I made BIG mistakes; could not get 1.847.295.5532 to get phone call through. My total should have been farmhouse dish rack; $14.99; 2 x $7.99(15.98) for sacks; then $8.99 for bath dolls. Not the outrageous numbers which came printed through. PLEASE cancel everything I tried to type to company. I do want to order 3 items for grandkids.
I just got my credit card bill. I noticed a $80.25 charge my wife and I didn’t make. We have never done business with LTD Commodities. I have ordered a dispute form from my credit union. Good luck everyone.

I ordered 2 fitted table cloths and they did not fit. I called the number on the back of the packing slip and they said I would owe LTD monies because their cost for label is 7.99. The shipping charge was free to me. Table cloths were on sale. I’m a member of the 100 people club and when I tell them how I was treated no one will order from LTD again. I’m on disability and cannot afford to lose any money. The two people I dealt with (man and foreign lady) I couldn’t understand clearly. Would you please return my money asap? I WILL let all my friends know how I was treated, also. We all liked to order from LTD Commodities!!!

You on eBay suck. You sent me the wrong stuff then refused to get me a refund. you suck. Thats 73.96 for nothing. for the wrong stuff was returned. With no refund. Shame on you. I want my refund. your not worthy of doing business with. You’re a thief. And a insult to Ebay and all of the other sellers. No one should ever do business with you ever again. I hope you go under.
[5.19.19] Mr. Hara, LTD has been taking $14.99 unlawfully from my checking account, under LTD ‘Perks’. This was done WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE &/OR CONSENT. Since January 2018 – Present – May 2019. I have called & written numerous letters, telling LTD to STOP taking/STEALING money from my account to no avail. I want this STOPPED IMMEDIATELY & MONIES STOLEN RETURNED ASAP.
That is a combined Total of $253.87. If I do not hear from you within 15 days of receipt I will have to contact a third party for assistance.
